Role Summary

We’re excited to announce the new role of a Talent & Event coordinator at Urban Outfitters EU. We are looking for the next expert to join our marketing team to drive forward our talent communications and tell the Urban Outfitters story to our consumers.

 

With a totally refreshed approach, you’ll be a key driver in identifying and executing how Urban Outfitters works with talent, creators, influencers, VIPs & core communities. You’ll manage day to day communications with the UO talent roaster, budgets, deliver a series of events, onboarding communities with gifting and delivering on campaigns across the marketing team.

 

We’re looking for someone who is the know-how talent expert, finger on the pulse, someone bursting with fresh ideas who’ll be flexible to the evolving needs of the business. You’ll have a passion for talent, experience in fashion and retail sphere, understand the core customer and be totally obsessed with Urban Outfitters. 

 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support in developing and executing talent strategies including campaigns, events, partnerships and seeding, alongside the communications manager.
  • Deliver end to end talent negotiations, contracting and partnerships, ensuring all terms are met.
  • Identify and engage with UO communities to maximise brand exposure and drive campaign success.
  • Continue to build and deliver ‘always-on’ gifting program amongst the Urban Outfitters communities.
  • Become an integral part in planning and executing brand events including creative ideas, guest lists, partnerships, event logistics, look & feel, budget management and hosting.
  • Provide post-campaign and project analysis to assess performance and refine future strategies.
  • Lead on business reporting for talent led activations and always on approach to ensure KPIs are delivered.
  • Build strong internal relationships within Urban Outfitters across all departments.

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience working with talent/influencer marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of the talent sphere and a genuine interest in the latest social media trends.
  • Strong relationships within the talent, VIP, social communities.
  • Interest in fashion, Homeware and retail.
  • Excellent written & communication skills.
  • Skilled in managing projects end to end including finance and timeframes.
  • Organised and efficient across all areas of communications.
